My experience at the Cultural Proficiency Conference
helped me to think more inclusively about how I put decision-making
groups together, who I invite to the table. I explored the value of
inviting people into the conversation with different viewpoints and
experiences before decisions are made. It helped me see the benefits of
this approach.
