Dollars for Scholars is a national network of volunteers who, for over 50 years, have joined together in their communities to provide local students with financial aid and academic support. Dollars for Scholars is a time-tested way to manage and grow new and existing scholarship programs.
Change a Life Foundation provides scholarships open to low-income students who are U.S. citizens or permanent legal residents graduating from an accredited public high school in Orange County. Must have a minimum 3.5 GPA, minimum SAT score of 1500 or ACT score of 21. Students should exhibit leadership qualities and be involved in community service. Must attend a four year college or university.
