We are delighted to announce that we are offering two, no-cost, virtual webinar series focusing on optimizing opportunities for teaching and learning in the 2020/2021 school year in Language Arts. Each virtual webinar series will be offered twice to ensure maximum participant availability. This in-depth series will help address unfinished instruction in English Language Arts while maintaining forward momentum during the 2020-2021 school year.
ERWC 3.0 UpdateFall Cohort begins November 30, 2020Spring Cohort begins March 8, 2021
ERWC has been through changes in the past couple of years. Version 3.0 is now available and offers support for English language learners. If you would like to learn about ERWC 3.0, OCDE and CSU Fullerton are offering an online update course. As a certified ERWC teacher, this update course is available to you at no cost. The course is two weeks long with a combination of synchronous and asynchronous work.

This professional development training will help teachers prepare students to meet college and university expectations, the standards of the CSU English Placement Test, and the CA State Standards. The University of California has approved the ERWC for area "b" credit (from "a-g" requirements) and the course meets college preparatory requirements for both UC and CSU.
