Orange County Preschool Plan -- Comprehensive plan for preschool education in Orange County convened by Orange County Department of Education and developed by the Orange County Preschool Planning Collaborative 
Children and Families Commission of Orange County -- Funded by a surtax on tobacco products in California (through Proposition 10), the Commission is committed to providing a community-based system of care and services aimed at supporting and increasing the health and well-being of young children in Orange County and their families
Data -- offers more than 250 indicators on the health and well being of children.  The website launched in 2004, and is a project of the Lucille Packard Foundation for Children's Health.  The goal of this program is to promote the health and well-being of children by serving as a source of neutral, timely, evidence-based information.

Early Care and Education Career Development
Orange County Association for the Education of Young Children (OCAEYC) -- Organization for professional in early care and education, OCAEYC is dedicated to supporting professionals in their work with children, birth through eight, to advocate high standards and improved working conditions in programs for young children, and to improve public understanding of issues affecting children and families.
Services for Early Education and Development (SEED) -- Promotes the professional growth of early childhood educators to support children's academic and social-emotional success
California Preschool Instructional Network (CPIN) -- Provides professional development and technical support to early care and education teachers and administrators to ensure children are ready for school
Preschool Guided Language Acquisition Design (GLAD) -- Model of professional development in area of language acquisition and literacy promoting English language acquisition, academic achievement, and cross-cultural skills
