Beginning with the class of 2030-2031, AB 2927​ states all students attending California's public schools, including charter schools, must complete a one-semester, stand-alone class on personal finance.

​OCDE will support districts as they begin to develop plans for the creation and implementation of this new high school graduation requirement beginning with a one-hour informational webinar on March 5, 2025 at 1:30 p.m. Please register here.
