Crisis Response Network

The Crisis Response Network (CRN) was created to support school communities with crisis preparedness, response, and recovery. Our mission is to provide pre-incident training to school and community-based personnel, building the capacity to respond to crises in a structured, effective, and compassionate manner.

This structured approach helps school communities work toward a healthy recovery following traumatic events. Examples of such events include the death of a student, staff member, or parent, or any critical incident that significantly impacts the school community.

CRN maintains a network of trained crisis responders who are ready to support schools upon request. Using the Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) protocol, our coordinated team provides emotional support to students and staff to promote healing and resilience.
