Human Resources provides services to the internal operations of the Orange County Department of Education and technical/advisory support to Orange County school districts, community colleges, and other agencies. Staff also act as liaison to county offices, school districts, agencies and organizations throughout the state.  The Human Resources Department works to build a world class educational organization by offering proactive services in the areas of:
