Tobacco-Use Prevention Education (TUPE) County Technical Assistance program provides leadership, administrative oversight, training, and technical assistance to LEAs in the following areas:

As a requirement of receiving Proposition 56 funding, COEs must provide TA aimed at accelerating and monitoring the rate of decline in tobacco-related disparities for the purpose of eliminating tobacco-related disparities.
