Legal Services has joined with OCDE's Educational Technology Department to provide this two-hour, interactive course for educators. The course brings educators up to date regarding their rights and responsibilities when they communicate electronically using district or personal technology. Students' cyberspeech rights and responsibilities are addressed as well.
