The Orange County Department of Education (OCDE) will be partnering with student clubs and leadership groups to design and implement mental health awareness activities during the 2021-2022 school year.
All participating schools will be asked to submit a brief report on the outcomes from their activity. Additionally, the student group and audience participating in the mental health awareness event (student population, school staff, or parents/caregivers when applicable) will be asked to complete a short survey following the activity or event.
If your school is interested in conducting a Mental Health Awareness Activity, please click here to complete this interest form. Interest forms should be completed at least one month prior to your activity date. The deadline to submit an interest form is March 31, 2022.
The Student Advocates for Mental Health team will be reviewing interest forms on an ongoing basis and will be in touch with the advisor listed on this form via email wthin two weeks.
