The Legal Services staff advocates and promotes public education in Orange County by providing a variety of legal services to the OCDE and to school districts, community college districts, regional occupational programs, and special education local plan areas.
The areas of advice, counsel and assistance we provide to these agencies include, but are not limited to, the following: General Public Agency Issues, Labor and Employment, Business Issues: Contracts, Construction, Facilities, Purchasing, Special Education, Student Issues, and Education/Training.
