The Title I Tutoring Program's mission is to provide quality, supplementary academic assistance for neglected and delinquent youth.  This research-based program is built on the proven efficacy of individual academic assistance for students.  Ongoing training and support are provided for tutorial staff to ensure quality service delivery.  Tutors serve students who reside in group homes, foster family agency homes, or ACCESS school sites throughout Orange County.  They conduct individual assessments that become the basis for the development of academic goals and instructional lesson plans.
