Event Management and Strategy
Orange County Department of Education's Events and Partnerships team, under the Educational Services Division, has been established to provide strategic design, consultation, event management, and technical assistance to OCDE units - ensuring high-quality and sustainable professional learning opportunities in both in-person and virtual environments.
Events team services include:
- Needs assessment
- Event design consultation
- Logistics management
- Venue research and vetting
- Contract negotiations and processing
- Onsite event support
- Event tools and resources
- Sponsorship outreach and recruitment
Program Management
The Educator Events and Partnerships team administers the Angels Adopt-A-School and the California Distinguished Schools programs.
