• Align proposals with organizational strategic priorities, program goals, and funding opportunities
• Provide a structured process, resources, and tools to ensure a smooth writing, submission, and implementation process
  
• Facilitate cross-unit and cross-sector collaboration in grant development
  
• Facilitate productive communication between internal and external OCDE partners​
• Provide funding to educational partners to support innovative practices that improve student outcomes, through the Innovation Funding Initiative
  
• Guide and support OCDE programs in pursuing funding from diversified sources​
