Thank you for visiting our website. I am thrilled to be the Principal of Connections at Mann, Oral DHH, Knott Early Learning Center and P.I.E.S.  I love working at OCDE and enjoy being involved with these incredible programs we provide.  

We provide a comprehensive education for students with disabilities from birth through sixth grade. We work closely with our local school districts to ensure students get a quality education that is individualized to their needs.

Connections at Mann provides a safe, caring, and educationally challenging environment for all students. Our staff of highly trained teachers and related service providers use research based educational practices to address the unique learning needs of each student. 

Additionally, home-school communication and collaboration support student learning and generalization of skills. 

Our OCDE programs here at Connections at Mann are top-notch and our dedicated and caring staff is the best around!  We strive to provide our students with the most enriching and best educational environment possible on a daily basis and to meet all of their individual and unique needs.
