Foster Youth Services Coordinating Program

Types of Services Offered:

​Interagency Educational Case Mana
gement in support of OC Juvenile Court, Social Services Agency (SSA), Probation, Local Educational Agencies (LEA), and other Educational Partners supporting youth in foster care.

Capacity building and collaboration with LEAs and County Educational Partners facilitating meetings, professional development opportunities, ongoing trainings, a​nd technical assistance.
