** We provide records and transcripts for current and former students who attended a school under the Orange County Department of Education, including ACCESS County Community Schools, Pacific Coast High School, Sunburst, Otto A Fischer, College and Career Preparatory Academy, and Connections.**
Official Transcript Request Information
The Orange County Department of Education has partnered with Parchment as a transcript service. It is a safe, easy, and paperless way to send transcripts directly to the colleges you choose or to obtain a personal transcript copy for yourself. Transcripts sent through Parchment are considered Official Transcripts.
Students and Alumni will receive transcripts at no charge. Transcripts can be sent electronically, through the U.S. mail or picked up at our
Attendance and Records location. (
Please note, there will be a charge for transcripts sent by Fed Ex or mailed outside of the United States. Fees will vary depending on the location. Payments will be made through Parchment.)
Individuals age 18 or older: Must submit their own request – Records cannot be released to a parent, guardian, or responsible party without the individual’s written consent.
Minors (17 and under): Parents or guardians must submit the request - Records are only released with their authorization.
In most cases, transcripts will be processed in 5-7 business days. Students who attended/graduated prior to 2005-2006 may take 7-10 business days.

Parchment/3rd Party Requests
In order to process requests from 3rd party companies, a release form with a “wet or electronic signature” must be uploaded (student signature if 18 or over, or parent/guardian signature if 17 and under). There will be a charge for 3rd party requests. Payments will be made through Parchment.
**We cannot provide transcripts/records for other Orange County school districts. For transcripts from other schools or districts, please contact the school or district attended. You may be able to locate your school in the
California School Directory.**
