The Orange County System of Support for Expanded Learning (OC SSEL), located at the Orange County Department of Education provides Technical Assistance (TA) to all After School Education and Safety (ASES), 21st Century Community Learning Centers (21st CCLC), 21st CCLC ASSETs Programs and Expanded Learning Opportunities Program (ELO-P) utilizing a variety of strategies including but not limited to professional learning and development, communications and brokering of resources. ​
