The Orange County Child Care and Development Planning Council (Council) meets from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. on the third Wednesday of designated months. Please note that meetings may not always be held on the third Wednesday due to room availability, so please refer to the posted agendas for confirmation. Members of the public are welcome and encouraged to attend.
