Quality Counts CA (QCC) Workforce Pathways Stipend Program
Financial assistance available for early learning professionals who work directly with children ages birth to 5 years in licensed early learning and care programs in Orange County. To be eligibile for the Orange County Workforce Pathways Stipend Program you must be a teacher, assistant or family child care provider enrolled in an accredited college or university.
Eligibility includes those who are working to complete:

CA Child Development Permit (Assistant, Assoc Teacher, Teacher, Master Teacher or Site Supervisor level)

AA/AS degree in Early Childhood Education or Child Development

BA/BA in Early Childhood Education or Child Development

Infant/Toddler coursework at a community college

Before and after school staff earning Early Childhood Education units for CA Child Development Permit

Professional development participation (21 hours) who hold a BA/BS or higher degree and teacher permit (limited space)
