The Orange County Youth Council (OCYC) includes students from across Orange County who are part of the Friday Night Live (FNL) chapter at their high school. These students serve as an advisory group to provide guidance and a youth voice for countywide teen substance use prevention and other issues of concern. In addition, the OCYC takes an active role in conducting projects and activities to support the prevention of youth opioid misuse in Orange County.
