The OCYC includes students from across Orange County who are part of the Friday Night Live (FNL) chapter at their high school or are college students and members of the statewide FNL California Youth Council. These students serve as an advisory group to provide guidance and a youth voice for countywide substance use prevention and mental health promotion. In addition, the OCYC takes an active role in conducting related projects and activities to support substance use prevention efforts throughout Orange County.
