Application

Overview

The Impact Schools Award application is designed to be brief and focused, allowing schools to highlight a program or initiative that is making a meaningful difference for students.

Schools may be nominated by a colleague, district partner, or community member; however, nominations serve only to express interest. The school must complete and submit the official application to be considered.

Applications should clearly describe the work, its impact, and the conditions that support its success.

  • What makes the work impactful or innovative
  • How the program is influencing student outcomes
  • Key elements that contribute to its success

  • Qualitative evidence (e.g., student experiences, observations)

4. Optional Supporting Materials
