How do I look for a new child care provider? Visit My Child Care Plan at https://mychildcareplan.org/find-child-care/ or Resource Referral at CHS https://www.chs-ca.org/for-families/child-care-referrals. /
Contact your Family Services Technician direct for any questions regarding your services, need to update/change services or if you would like to make an appointment to meet in person.
Once your family is fully enrolled you can opt into receiving communications through text message.
It is imperative that families notify Family Support Services of changes to your phone number, email and/or address to insure that family receives updates regarding any new regulations that may effect your services.
Sign up for the Parent Portal which allows you to view Notice of Actions and Child Care Certificates.
Portal can also be used to submit documentation online directly to your Family Services Technician.
