​​​​​The Orange County Department of Education (OCDE) is both the home to the National Training Center (NTC) for Project GLAD® AND is a Regional Training Center (RTC).

The Regional Training Center supports growth and implementation of the model throughout California, creating systems of sustainability within PK-12 classrooms.

Our services include:

• Supporting local school districts' implementation of the Project GLAD® model
• Strengthening trainers and educators in effective classroom practices
• Delivering professional learning​
  
• Engaging in local research, development and data analysis
• Operating as thought partners with districts as they develop integrative methods for Project GLAD® and state initiatives, policies and programs (i.e., CA Dual Immersion, EL Roadmap, Social Emotional Competencies)
