The Orange County Department of Education is both the home to the National Training Center for OCDE Project GLAD®
AND is a Regional Training Center (RTC).
The OCDE Project GLAD® RTC supports growth and implementation of the model throughout California, creating systems of sustainability within PK-12 classrooms.
Our services include:
Supporting local school district's implementation of the OCDE Project GLAD® model
Strenghtening trainers and educators in effective classroom practices
Delivering professional learning
Engaging in local research, development and data analysis
Operating as thought partners with districts as they develop integrative methods for OCDE Project GLAD® and state initiatives, policies and programs (i.e., CA Dual Immersion, EL Roadmap, Social Emotional Competencies)
The OCDE Project GLAD® model aligns to Multi-Tier System of Supports (MTSS) to ensure all student needs are met, highlighted here
