​Project GLAD® Trainers In-Training are individuals who have been accepted into the Project GLAD® National Training Center Certification Program.

Becoming an ​A​gency Trainer requires a team of 2-5 individuals to do the following:

• Complete Foundations Training
• Regularly practice Project GLAD® strategies in the classroom​ (6 months minimum)
• Attend the Advanced 3-Day Research & Theory Workshop and Advanced 5-Day Classroom Demonstration
• Complete and pass therequirements
