Project GLAD® Trainers In-Training are individuals who have been accepted into the Project GLAD® National Training Center Certification Program.
Becoming an Agency Trainer requires a team of 2-5 individuals to do the following:
- Complete Foundations Training
- Regularly practice Project GLAD® strategies in the classroom
- Attend the Advanced 3-Day Research & Theory Workshop and Advanced 5-Day Classroom Demonstration
- Complete and pass Certification requirements
