​​The Specialized Student Programs and Operations (SSP&O) Department, under the Division of Student Services, facilitates a range of essential services, including Child Welfare and Attendance, Compliance and Records, Student Information Syste​ms, Data Analysis and Reporting, Homeless Education Services (McKinney-Vento), and Foster Youth Servi​ces and Programs. Additionally, our department coordinates the referral and enrollment processes for the ACCESS programs and provides support and resources to LEAs throughout Orange County. Through these key areas, it is our goal to ensure every student receives the resources, support, and advocacy they need to be successful. Through collaboration with school sites, families, and community partners, we maintain high standards of accountability, accuracy, and equitable access to education for all learners.
