The Orange County Board of Education may authorize material revisions to the original charter petition requested by charter school operators. Material revisions are governed by the standards and criteria described in Education Code section 47605.
Orange County Department of Education Charter Schools Unit staff facilitate the charter school petition submission process, conduct petition review, and provide recommendations, including recommended findings, to the Orange County Board of Education.
